This post was born out of necessity especially when you are working in the middle of the night and suddenly, the bread crumbs needed for coating pastries suddenly got exhausted.
Bread crumbs are used for coating pastries, toppings, thickening liquid and the rest; so let’s jump right into it.

- The first thing is not to use a wet bread. I would not also advise not to use a stale bread; this is because a stale bread can change the food flavour and might increase microbial activities.
- Cut or tear up the bread and blend
- Once well blended, get your greased baking pan, spread the blended bread on it and bake at 150 degrees for 10-20 mins. (You choose how deeply brown you want it to be)
- There you have it! Take out and use.
